This error indicates that your certificate (you are uploading your files encrypted with that certificate)

is not equal to the one on

our server.

Please be sure that your Sender-ID is not used on another PC and follow this instructions:

Open Basware Message and click on “Configuration”:

Go to “Server Configuration” and click on “Exchange public keys”:

Confirm all upcoming notifications.

Now your certificate will be equal to the one on our server.

The software should now be working again.
