Retrofitting for Hyper Care Transports

Prerequisites:

a. Access to ChaRM Lite with role Hyper Care support role

b. Developer/Configurator access to SDD (FDD for Gateway Retrofit)
c. Developer/Configurator access to S2D (F2D for Gateway Retrofit)

1. Access Solution Manager TAB system Fiori Launch Pad from below link
2. Click on “Administrator Cockpit” tile under change management

3. Select Phase Cycles Tab and then select I000000051 if you want to do retrofit for your SDD
transport and I000000042 for FDD transport.

4. You will get ‘Create Transport Option’ once you select task list I000000051

5. Click on Create Transport Request to create new transport in S2D system

6. You will get confirmation message on successful transport creation

7. Now, go to ‘Continual Cycles’ and select M000000052 if you want to Retrofit SDD Transport and
M00000053 for FDD.

8. Go to “Start Retrofit” option and click on it.

9. It will open NWBC or GUI based on your preference and show below data

10. You can select ‘Hide Processed’ to see pending transports or you can search for your transport.

Note: “Critical Retrofit” status indicates below three options:

Green Light: Auto Import (no manual work required)
Yellow Light: Semi-Auto Import (manual work required)
Red Light: Manual Retrofit (complete manual work)

“Show Sequence Dependency” indicates the order that we should follow to retrofit the
transport. Green Light indicates no dependency. Other icon indicates there is some dependency,
in that case, click on the icon to see the order of transports and retrofit them in same order.

11. Select the Transport that you want to do retrofit and make sure there are no dependencies.
12. Select the transport that you created in S2D system (step 5 in this document). This field is not
editable, you need to select it from search help only. You can do workbench request retrofit
with another workbench retrofit and same for customizing retrofit.

13. Since we have Green as Retrofit category, this is auto Import. Select the row of transport and
click on ‘Auto-Import’.

14. Click on “Yes”

15. You will get confirmation from system

16. You will see status changed to Retrofitted
