‫ﺍﻥ ﻤﻴﺎﻩ ﺍﻟﺸﺭﺏ ﻟﻬﺎ ﺍﻫﻤﻴﺔ ﺨﺎﺼﺔ ﺘﻔﺭﻀﻬﺎ ﺤﺎﺠﺔ ﺍﻻﻨﺴﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻀﺭﻭﺭﻴﺔ ﻭﻴﺠﺏ ﺍﻥ ﺘﺨﻠﻭ ﻫـﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﻴـﺎﻩ‬
‫ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﻜﻴﻤﻴﺎﺌﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻷﺤﻴﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﻬﺭﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻭﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﻤﺔ ﺒﺎﻟﻜﻤﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺘـﺅﺩﻱ ﺍﻟـﻰ ﻤﺨـﺎﻁﺭ ﻋﻠـﻰ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺼﺤﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻤﺔ ﻭﺍﻥ ﺘﻜﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﻴﺎﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﻬﺯﺓ ﻟﻠﺸﺭﺏ ﻤﺴﺘﺴﺎﻏﺔ ﺒﺨﻠﻭﻫﺎ ﻤـﻥ ﺍﻟﻠـﻭﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﺭﺍﺌﺤـﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻁﻌـﻡ‬
‫ﻏﻴﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﺭﻏﻭﺏ ﺒﻪ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﻀﻌﺕ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﺍﺼﻔﺔ ﺒﻨﺎﺀﺍ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺘﻌﺩﺩ ﻭﺘﻨﻭﻉ ﻤﺼﺎﺩﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﻴﺎﻩ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺒﻼﺩ ﻭﻤﺎﻟﺫﻟﻙ ﻤﻥ ﺃﺜﺭ ﻓـﻲ ﻨﻭﻋﻴـﺔ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻤﻴﺎﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﻬﺯﺓ ﻓﻲ ﻜل ﻤﻨﻁﻘﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﻨﻭﻗﺸﺕ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﺍﺼﻔﺔ ﻤﻥ ﻗﺒل ﺍﻟﻠﺠﻨﺔ ﺍﻻﺴﺘﺸﺎﺭﻴﺔ ﻟﻤﺘﺎﺒﻌﺔ ﺍﻋﻤﺎل ﺍﻟﻜـﻭﺩﻜﺱ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻀـﺎﻓﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻐﺫﺍﺌﻴـﺔ‬
‫ﻭﺍﻟﺯﻴﻭﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻠﺤﻭﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻴﻜﺎﻴﺭ ﻭﺒﻤﺸﺎﺭﻜﺔ ﺍﻟﺠﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻵﺘﻴﺔ ‪-:‬‬
