1 SUMMARY
This document is to detail the lifting pipes used in the coarse ore vibrating screens Tag No. C2-3340-
SC011 TO 030.

Note that no lifting lugs as such are used in these vibrating screens. Two structural cross pipes are used
for rigging and lifting the machines.

This document is to be used with the Screen Installation Layout SN-100462-D001.

2 LIFTING PIPE DETAILS

The following figures outline the details for the lifting pipes. For lifting pipe location on the screen refer
to SN-100462-D001.

1 Lifting/Spreader Pipe
2 End plate
3 Ring

Each lifting pipe is secured to the side plates using eight (8) off C50LRBR32-20 Huck bolts.

Pipe used is 250DN-SCH60.
