Jason took my 10" grade Biology class, my 11" grade AP Biology and currently my 12" grade Medical Intervention class. He is one of my best students. He is always eager to learn new information and he is able to apply concepts to real case scenarios. He is also honest, dependable, kind, hard worker and intelligent. Moreover, he has good writing and verbal communication skills. Jason works well irdependently and in cooperative groups. Jason Morales-Arias keeps himself busy. Jason wants to attend a four-year university. He has prepared himself since he was a 6" grader by applying and qualifying to be part of USC NAI (Neighborhood Academic Initiative) Program. ‘The USC-NAI is a rigorous, seven-year pre-college enrichment program designed to prepere students for admission toa college or university. He works hard and he knows how to achieve his goals. Jason wants to make a difference in the medical field and nothing will make him happier than knowing he has learned how to accomplish his goals. Jason is very responsible, always on time for class, and ready with his homework and prepared for the class, Jason demonstrates excellent organizational skills and produces accurate and complete work. He addresses issues with intelligence and professionalism, no matter how upsetting a situation could be. Jason is kind and very aware of his, surroundings. He is the kind of student that will help without hesitation. During projects, he makes sure that his ‘group is successful because despite the group members” abilities or disabilities, he helps them to understand the science concepts. Jason accepts positive constructivism and reacts very intelligently in difficult situations. Undoubtedly, Jason maturity is one of the few I have encountered in my professional career. Some other qualities I admire on Jason Morales-Arias is his character and maturity level. He demonstrates these qualities constantly. I admire his initiative to help. When he finishes his assignments, he helps the teacher to clean especially after a lab experiment. If he sees something broken Mr. Morales-Arias tries to fix it, if someone needs help, he helps. Jason has been participating in Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA), an international student organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Health Science Education (HSE) Division of Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE). When Jason participates in HOSA, he attends conferences and participates in national competitive events in the medical field. Additionally, he is part of the HOSA Board at our school’s Health Academy. Jason has shown leadership skills when he works with his classmates especially because he takes initiative to complete assignments.
