What you can do to help the process:

Consume more medium chain fatty acids like MCT Oil or Coconut Oil because they are often easier to
break down that longer chain fats.

Eat leaner cuts of meat and add coconut oil to it, at least until your body becomes more tolerant to
fats.

Avoid the following foods:

Olive Oil in excessive amounts – cooking is fine, salad dressing not.

Any other vegetable oils that are liquid at room temperature.

Hydrogenated fats.

Soybeans or soy products.

Margarine or fake butter products.

Consume the following:

Real butter, ghee, coconut oil, palm kernel oil or lard.

Free Range Eggs from happy chickens.

Grass Fed Beef.

Pork from happy pigs.

Raw cows milk or goats milk.

Cheese and Yogurt.

Fish Oil Supplements.

Dark Leafy Green Vegetables – Make sure you eat them with fats.

Start off slow with keto and gradually add more and more as you go.

Eat smaller meals.

Take Ox Bile Supplements and/or digestive enzymes to help digest those fats. When Ox bile is taken
with a meal it provides a highly concentrated source of bile which takes the place of the bile that you
would have secreted had you had a gallbladder.
