RFP for Construction of Elevated Structure including approaches from Km. 352+675
to Km. 354+430 and VUP at Km. 355+400 including approaches on NH-44 (Old NH-1)
at Phagwara city in the state of Punjab on EPC mode as Standalone project.

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through National Highways Authority of India
is engaged in the development of National Highways and as part of this endeavour, it has
been decided to undertake Construction of Elevated Structure including approaches from
Km. 352+675 to Km. 354+430 and VUP at Km. 355+400 including approaches on NH-44
(Old NH-1) at Phagwara city in the state of Punjab as Standalone project. through an
Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract.

National Highways Authority of India represented by its Chairman now invites bids from
eligible contractors for the following project:

to 24.09.2018 (upto 1100 Hrs. IST). Bid must be submitted online only at
http://etenders.gov.in on or before 24.09.2018 (upto1100 hours IST). Bids received online
shall be opened on 25.09.2018 (at 1130 hours IST).

Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, document
fee, Power of Attorney, Joint Bidding Agreement etc. shall be submitted physically by the
Bidder on or before 25.09.2018 (upto 1100 hours IST), Please note that the National
Highways Authority of India reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs
without assigning any reason whatsoever.
