Injustice in Mexico

First of all, I’m a Mexican and as all the population knows, there are a lot of social injustices in our
country such as insecurity, poverty and corruption. This last one I think is the most important of all
the other ones because it affects all the other social injustices in a way.

As we all know, corruption is the abuse of entrusted power for private gain. It affects us because
corruption makes the people selfish and lovers of privileges that they haven’t earned. The most
common example to explain this concept is when a driver was stopped by a transit in the street,
the car-driver don’t want to pay a lot of money if the transit police does the ticket, so the car-
driver gives him less money to let him go. So the transit police doesn’t need to report that fine and
he keeps the money to himself. That’s corruption.

Corruption destroys society, moral order and justice, as well as the comprehensive development
of people. Don’t become a person that affect the development of the world. Be fair.
