1. Please make your argument on the point that the Indian constitution is more in
line with the philosophy of pursuing justice through the just institutional
arrangement while Chinese constitution is more in line with the one of realization
based comparison.

2. Please make your argument on the point that India has the better rule of law as a
principle of governance but China has the better rule of law as a principle of law.
