    Job Mix Design Proposal.

    When Type I hot-mix recycled bituminous


    concrete is specified in the Special Specifications, or when the Contractor, at his
    option,
    elects to furnish Type I hot-mix recycled bituminous concrete, the Contractor
    shall
    prepare the Job Mix Design Proposal (JMF) in accordance with the requirements
    specified in Subsection 4.05.3, "Proportioning Bituminous Concrete Mixtures," in
    these
    General Specifications. When Type II hot-mix recycled bituminous concrete is
    specified
    in the Special Specifications, the Contractor shall prepare the Job Mix Design
    Proposal
    (JMF) in accordance with the requirements specified in this specification and the
    Special Specifications.
    The JMF for both Types I and II hot mix recycled bituminous concrete shall
    conform
    to all of the requirements of Section 4.05, "Bituminous Concrete Pavement," in
    these
    General Specifications.
