The employer: Welcome to “YCS Company”, it’s a pleasure to have you here, I’ll make
you some questions to both of you and at the end I’ll decide who will get the job.

The employer: Good morning.

The employer: How old are you?

Candidate 1: I am 23 years old.

The employer: How would you describe yourself as a person?

Candidate 1: I’m a perfectionist. I pay attention to all the details, and like to be
sure that everything is just right
Candidate 2: I enjoy solving problems and coming up with solutions in a timely
manner.

The employer: Why do you want this job?

Candidate 1: Because I have read about business policy and I like the process that
has led to get ahead, I want to help grow the company.
Candidate 2: Observing the progress of your company, I have come to the
conclusion that you are becoming one of the market leaders and I would like to be part of
your team.
The employer: Why should we hire you?

the most leading models, so I could be working hard from the first day.
