JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, ELEUTERIO C. REGIS and MAY HOPE B. ARCENAL, both

Filipinos, of legal ages, and residents of Loreto, Cortes, Bohol and Peñaflor
St., Taloto, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines, respectively, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That we personally know BALDOMERO TALARA MONREAL, JR.,

likewise a Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Songculan, Dauis,
Bohol, Philippines, since he is our family friend;

2. That we know for a fact that said BALDOMERO TALARA MONREAL,

JR was born on November 23, 1975 at Sta. Catalina, Sagbayan, Bohol,
Philippines to parents Baldomero A. Monreal, Sr. and Matea C. Talara, and
by reason thereof, he was issued a birth certificate by the Office of the
National Statistics Office (NSO);

3. That unfortunately however, it was discovered that his middle

name in his NSO Birth Certificate, was erroneously entered or recorded as
REVILLA instead of TALARA;

4. That we hereby declare and attest that BALDOMERO REVILLA

MONREAL, JR., per NSO birth certificate and BALDOMERO TALARA
MONREAL, JR., per personal records, employment records and other legal
documents refer to one and the same person living and existing in the
community;

5. That we are executing this affidavit being disinterested persons to

attest to the truth of the foregoing statements and for whatever legal
purpose this may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this _____ day
