& soil” where spirits rest.

According to the Old Tagalog, Maka is the resting place for souls who won’t end up in Kasanaan. The
latter means ‘hell’ in modern context. As the world changes through time, different names were invented
to refer to different places. Maka may mean ‘heaven’ because only those who were good are admitted to
end there. The Tagalog Gods & Goddesses who are models for goodness may guard everywhere, which
means that Maka may in all natural forms. After your usual routine of activities, you deserve a vacation
