Dear Apple,

On the 10th of November, I had purchased a Macbook with the serial of 109271629846184
at Danang city, Pear road, Apple store.

Unfortunately, I had received poor and inadequate service from the Apple store employees.
I did not receive any help for more than 30 minutes and had hardly received any respect.
After that, my product was charged wrongly for a Macbook Pro instead of a Macbook. In
addition, I also did not get any email which states my receipt. I am very disappointed based
on your performance and would like to get a proper apology.

Despite the unfortunate circumstances, I would very appreciate an apology and a refund for
