Title: ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit Training.

Duration: 1 day

Scope:
The audit scope consists of process based auditing within the organizations Quality
Management System across all applicable departments and shifts.

Objective:
To ensure all participants understands the audit methodology and has the audit skills
in conducting an internal audit. It enables the participants to be able to assess if the
organization has met the
requirements of ISO 9001:2015, as well as reviewing to which extent the organization
adheres to its own requirements, while also meeting any statutory/regulatory
requirements or customer requirements. Previous audit findings, external and internal
will be reviewed for their conformity."

Methodology:
The training will be conducted with the help of power point slides and some exercises
to bring out the learning using the necessary techniques.

Targeted participants are Managers, Heads of Departments, Quality
Control/Assurance department employees and internal auditors.
