After 2 negative trades in a row on Level 1 Goto Level 2 and start Level 2 Bet Size

LEVEL 2: Bet2X. If the first 2X trade finishes with positive $ result then Goto Level 1
If the 2X trade finishes with negative result then Goto Level 3. (just a single bet on Level 2)

LEVEL 3: Bet3X. If the first 3X trade finishes with positive $ result then Goto Level 1.
If the first 3X trade finishes with negative result then continue betting 3X and only Goto Level 1 AFTER being up +1
positive trade.

Bet Optimizer Trade examples:

Sequence A:

On Level1 we get 2 negative trades in a row. Then Goto Level 2.

Level 2 trade finishes positive. Then Goto Level 1

Sequence B:

On Level1 we get 2 negative trades in a row. Then Goto Level 2.

Level 2 trade finishes negative. Then Goto Level 3
1st Level 3 trade finishes positive. Goto Level 1

Sequence C:

On Level1 we get 2 negative trades in a row. Then Goto Level 2.

Level 2 trade finishes negative. Then Goto Level 3
1st Level 3 trade finishes negative. Then Bet 3X again
2nd Level 3 trade finishes positive. Then Bet 3X again
3rd Level 3 trade finishes positive. Goto Level 1
Sequence D:

On Level1 we get 2 negative trades in a row. Then Goto Level 2.

Level 2 trade finishes negative. Then Goto Level 3
1st Level 3 trade finishes negative. Then Bet 3X again (currently 1 negative)
2nd Level 3 trade finishes positive. Then Bet 3X again (currently 1 negative and 1 positive)
3rd Level 3 trade finishes negative. Then Bet 3X again (currently 2 negative and 1 positive)
4th Level 3 trade finishes negative. Then Bet 3X again (currently 3 negative and 1 positive)
5th Level 3 trade finishes positive. Then Bet 3X again (currently 3 negative and 2 positive)
6th Level 3 trade finishes positive. Then Bet 3X again (currently 3 negative and 3 positive)
7th Level 3 trade finishes positive. Goto Level 1 (end Level 3 Bet size after +1 positive Level 3 trade)
