Dear Sirs/Madam,
I have previously reached out provincial government in beginning 2017 and
outcome was unprofessional and unethical which led that matter to postponed and tried to reach
federal government including HEC and lack of response from the government-caused delay.
I am representing an organisation called Institute of Buildings and Surveyors (IBS) which is an
independent body for construction, facilities management, and Surveyor.
The purpose of this letter to secure a meeting with your department to share our aim and how we
are going to bring massive change in educational sector by providing professional qualifications,
training, and creating Jobs throughout Pakistan.
We aim to conduct events throughout Pakistan in all Universities, Colleges and private sectors to
provide awareness and benefits of our body and how we will bring employment and massive change
in our infrastructure and next level environmental solutions and implementation.
We will be working in partnership with international bodies and our services will include;
 Skilled education and training aim to be delivered around 2 million in the coming 3-4 years
through reforms and government and international support to cover the massive gap.
 Professional Memberships to individuals and organisations
 Implementation of a professional code of conducts and professional ethics.
 Generating employment in different sectors.
 Assisting government and local government improving legislation for development, health
and safety, and environmental.
 Training and development of labour throughout country.

Furthermore, our organisation will be making sure our policy brings massive change through quality
and professionalism and we believe in creating local talent to make sure we introduce sustainable
environment.
We will be looking forward to hearing from you at your convenient time as we will be starting our
operation in Pakistan from December 2018.
