EHT (O&M) Circle, Chainpal ; Submission of estimate for different repair/maintenance work of 400 kV Lapanga (Vedanta}-II, 50 MVAR reactor at grid s/s, meramundali. Sir, Please find enclosed herewith the estimate in duplicate amounting Rs. 4, 64,929.00 (Rupees Four Lakhs Sixty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Nine only) for different maintenance/repair work like replacement of Bushing Gaskets, Filtration of Oil with Vacuum Treatment and Painting of 400 kV Lapanga (Vedant) Ckt-II 50 MVAR Reactor (make -BHEL, SI. No. 6005772, YOM- 1992) along with the Neutral Grounding Resistor of Grid S/S, Meramundali. During the BDV Test of the Oil sample collected from the aforesaid Reactor, the result was found to be unsatisfactory. Oil leakage is also being observed through the Bushing Gaskets, which are need to be replaced. Hence the aforesaid maintenance/repair works have been proposed and the estimate has been prepared as per the prevailing rate of contract of OPTCL.
