RESOLUTION CALLING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF CONSTITUTION AND BY LAWS OF JPIA-

RMTU REGARDING THE YEAR LEVEL ALLOWED FOR THE PRESIDENCY FROM 4TH YEAR TO 3RD
YEAR

WHEREAS, the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA) is a recognized organization of

Ramon Magsaysay Technological for accountancy and accounting technology students.

WHEREAS, the JPIA recognizes the importance of upgrading the goals and objectives of the
organization.

WHEREAS, the president of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants is a bonafide student of

Ramon Magsaysay Technological University.

WHEREAS, the president must be enrolled in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and

Accounting Technology program.

WHEREAS, on motion duly made and seconded, be it.

NOW THEREFORE, this organization resolves to have a president currently in third year level
instead of fourth year student.
