COMES NOW, the Accused Citizen, in the above-styled and numbered cause, and
under TEX.CODE CRIM.PRO. art. 37.07, § 3 (g) and TEX. R. CRIM. EVID. 404(b), presents
this request for notice of extraneous unadjudicated crimes or bad acts.
