3. Acceptance of
Deeds
“And We shall turn to whatever deeds they
did, and We shall make such deeds as scattered
floating particles of dust.”
[Al-Furqan 25:23]
Say: "Shall We tell you the greatest losers in
respect of (their) deeds? Those whose efforts have
been wasted in this life while they thought that
they were acquiring good by their deeds!”
[Al-Kahf 18:103-104]
Conditions for
Acceptable Deeds
1. IN A STATE OF Emaan (FAITH)
2. WITH Ikhlas (sincerity of intentions)
3. According to the Shariah (Qur’an & sunnah)
“And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam,
it will never be accepted of him, and in the
Hereafter he will be one of the losers”
[Aal-e-Imran 3:85]

Emaan
The first people to be dragged on their faces &
thrown into hell will be:
(a) A man who died as a martyr.
(b) A religious scholar
(c) An extremely generous person
[Sahih Muslim: Narrated by Abu Hurairah r.a.]

Ikhlas
"And whosoever does not contend with the
Messenger after guidance has been made clear
to him, and follows a way other than the
way of the believers, We shall leave in the path
he has chosen, and land him in Hell, what an evil
destination!”
[An-Nisa 4:115]
Shariah
THE Prophet ‫ ﷺ‬said:
“Whoever does any action that is not
in accordance with this matter of ours
(Islam), will have it rejected.”
[Sahih Muslim]
