I believe there is probable cause to charge the defendant with these charges because:
A 17 year old male was interviewed at the CJC he indicated that two occasions Anthony Heintzelman attempted
to touch him in the genital area. On one occasion Heintzelman had purchased alcohol for the juvenile prior to
attempting to sexually assault him. Both incidents occurred in the last 4 to 6 months. Heintzelman was a family
friend and the juvenile indicated that Heintezman knew his age.

I believe these to be additional condition(s) for continued detention:

Felony committed while on probation or parole, or while free on bail awaiting trial on a previous felony charge
(they were out on probation or parole).
The crime was committed while Anthony Heintzelman was on probation for a similar offence.
