Turn English to math. Question: is 1/3 of X greater than 20% of Y? REPHRASED: 1X/3>0.2Y?

In case of ratios in inequalities (X/Y > A/B) we can cross multiply

NEVER CHANGE A YES/NO QUESTION INTO A VALUE QUESTION
