Letting another person decide
You can use these expressions to let someone decide:

Either one (is fine). Either way (is fine). Whatever you're having.
Whichever is easier (for you). Whatever you prefer.

A Do you want tea or coffee?


B Either one is fine. Whatever you're having.

A OK. I'll make tea. Do you want it with milk or lemon?


B Oh. Either way. Whichever is easier.

Polite refusals
You can use expressions like these to refuse offers of food and drink politely:

No, thanks. Maybe later. No, thanks.


I'm fine. Really. I'm OK for now. But thanks.

A Can I get you something to eat?


B I'm OK for now. But thanks.

A Can I get you something to eat?


B No, thanks. Maybe later.

A Are you sure you're not hungry?


B No, thanks. I'm fine. Really.
