As Martin’s direct manager, I had the pleasure of working with Martin during his time as VBA
developer within the Commercial team at Accordo Group. Martin was initially hired as a data
validator, however his capability and “can do” attitude quickly transferred him to VBA
developer position.

Martin is incredibly knowledgeable as a developer, has attention to detail, methodical,

practical and flexible. With these skills, he has ability to tackle extremely complex workflow
with minimum explanation in limited timeframe. During his assignment, he has automated
multiple processes using macro which resulted significant efficiency, cost savings and time
savings in our space.

Martin is honest, fun and able to work effectively with other co-workers and very valuable in
our team.

With his abilities, capabilities and great work ethic, I have no doubt that he will be a great
candidate for his future role.
