 This completed checklist, with your signature, to show you’ve checked, completed, and
included all the required pieces listed below.

 A title page, with:

o A compelling title for your autobiography, and your name as author
o Exciting and thoughtful images that represent you, and attract your reader

 An introduction paragraph
o That grabs your reader’s attention
o That shows your unique voice
o Around 4-6 sentences long

 At least 6 body paragraphs related to your chosen topics. Each one:

o Has 8-11 detailed and organized sentences
o Shows your unique voice
o Flows logically from one to another

 A brief conclusion paragraph

o That pulls your writing together
o Continues to show your unique voice
o Around 4-6 sentences long

 A footer section on each page, with:

o Your name, ELA 10-2 ACL, Mr. Cheetham/Ms. Rickards

 At least 2 draft versions of your writing, to show the writing process you went through
over the last week.
