* NOTE  Pay scales will be released on July 1st each year per the collective agreeement:
.02 On an annual basis beginning on July 1st 2011 and every July 1st thereafter for the
term of the Agreement, a pay grid review shall occur whereby the pay grid shall be
adjusted to reflect the current year fleet composition. This shall be calculated by
adjusting the aircraft in the pay grid by using the Active Aircraft from the previous
six (6) months and the anticipated Active Aircraft in following six (6) months.
