NOT TOO CHAOTIC, NOT TOO ORDERED

The water in a city should have a proper balance and symmetry for the whole city development.
Regularity should be avoided so that it will not be boring to the eye for the people. Variety and
order has to be provided for the city in a way that there should be always something new or
different for the people. There can be a height – width ratio to be followed.

2. VISIBLE LIFE

This idea is mainly applicable for the commercial areas in the city so that to avoid the dull and
dead areas that make the city dead. Proper streets with contrast has to be provided to bring life
in the streets. Beauty and Practicality are the two important aspects to provide a proper visible
life within the city.

Rather than the distances keep increasing for more privacy according to some planners in this
period, a highly packed ordered city with more of open spaces and public squares has to be
provided for entertainment resulting in a well organized city.

4. ORIENTATION AND MYSTERY

Orientation and mystery are also two important factors to look into while planning a city. Proper
streets and buildings has to be conserved for giving a mystery element and also with properly
planned orientation.

5. SCALE

Provide less cooperative towers with massive heights just for the sake of the cooperative
companies, instead of that, buildings with more historical importance and heritage values like
temples , cathedrals has to be conserved.
The ideal height for buildings in a city has to be of five floor height and even if there are
buildings with more than five floors, make sure that it is a special building with some historical
or some heritage value.

Making it different like from an another city i.e, by providing strong characters or by using more
locally available materials for construction or by having a style of architecture for the area or
even by having a height- width ratio for the buildings by providing quality, a specific width of
payment ,a character, etc.
