ORDER
After a thorough discussion with the parties of the effects of JDR and the advantages that it would
make if all of them agreed to settle, both parties are firm that they want to proceed with the trial of this case
and they do not want to settle in any manner, thus, JDR failed.
Considering that the Presiding Judge actively participated in the failed JDR proceedings and in
order for all parties to be assured that whatever has been discussed will not in any manner affect the merits
of this case, the Presiding Judge hereby voluntarily inhibits form hearing the said case.
Let this case be forwarded to the Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court, Marikina City
for raffle and assignment to a judge who will conduct that subject to replacement.
The parties are directed to follow up with the Office of the Clerk of Court as to when and where
trial will be conducted.
SO ORDERED.
