Good day. This is Paul Michael Santiago, 31, a resident of Taguig City. I am writing this
email to signify my intent to apply for the role of Human Resources Manager as
advertised in the Facebook Group "HR in Philippines".

My educational background (bachelor's degree) is a double major in Guidance

Counseling and Psychology, and my post graduate degree is in Industrial and
Organizational Psychology, both from De La Salle University Manila. I have also
undergone professional training courses from various insttituions to further my
knowledge, such as but not limited to: Development Dimensions International (DDI), a
leading training provider, and International Conference on Management Consultants
(ICMC), as well as Training Modules from various training institutions.

I have gained extensive experience in Human Resources with my 10 year experience

as an HR professional from various industries, ranging from roles of an HR associate,
up to the levels of a Manager, and subsequently that of an HR consultant.
