The first area of developments was developing some assessment ways during the lesson the strategies | used for this professional learning goal is using different assessment strategies such as for formative and Summative assessments. The Second professional learning goals is classroom management during the lesson; because the large number of the boys in my class I needed to focus more on this learning goal by using behavior management strategies. The third professional learning goal was focus on students with higher order thinking by asking them critical questions and creating differentiation activities for them.
