University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Theme Park

We are currently facing a lack of students enrolling in the University of Illinois Urbana-
Champaign. In 2017 we found that there was a 10% drop in new students enrolling into the
university and immediate action is required to boost enrollment to normal standards. We
believe that students are refraining from enrolling into the university because of the lack of
local events. Creating a theme park nearby would be perfect for the young demographic and
would convince more students to enroll and stay at the University of Illinois Urbana-
Champaign.

A theme park around the area of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign would make
young students would want to enroll at the university because students are always looking for
ways to have fun. Not only would this end up increasing enrollment at the university, but it
would also increase tourism and benefit surrounding businesses. A system that only allows
students with a letter grade of a C or higher in all of their classes to enter would increase
student work ethic too. Students that have a problem finding motivation to do their work
would then try to work hard to enter the theme park. An increase in tourism leads to more
people in the area, and as such the local economy would be booming and more jobs would be
readily available.

By creating a theme park in the area nearby the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign more
students would be enrolling, as well as a boom in the local economy due to tourism and more
students getting jobs locally. With more jobs being available locally, students will be able to
develop skills on the job and get a head start to their careers.
