Chapter I

Hidrology is a science that examines the water surface of the earth in particular inland
waters which discusses the hidrologycal cycle that affect people’s live. Hidrology has 7
branches of science including hydrometeorogy, potamology, geohydrology, limnology,
hydrimetri, kriology.

To study the hydrology of the master seven branches are compulsory. Because in
practice the hidrology branch of science can not be separated from one another of
interconnected. Hydrological history begins with measurement. Scientists who contributed in
the development of hidrology is Le Roy K Sherman, Robert E Horton, WW Horner, Merril
Bernoral.

The hydrological cycle of evaporation starts occurring at sea or on land, the next
water vapor that evaporates at a certain altitude clouds will form and the subsequent
condensation will occur. Affter that there was partially above ground into the soil and partly
to the river that would eventually return to the sea.
