Consistory Minutes

In attendance: Pastor Albright, Audrey T, Bob F, Jenn K, Andrew T

Opening at 6:42pm by VP Jennifer K, in absence of President

Accepted minutes of previous meeting as presented, with change of word in section V.c.ii. from
“vacation time” to “comp time”

Treasurer’s Report: Less than $5,000 left in Line of Credit

Sprint renewed cell tower contract for 5yrs with ~15% increase

Budgeted amount with Harned Durham (heating oil) increased

Report was received as presented, pending audit

Pastor’s Report: 8/1 will be away for a NASCAR weekend in Poconos

CROP walk for Hunger 10/17/10 in Fleetwood – Organized by J Koller

Rally Day 9/12

8/22 outdoor service with baptism

Pastor put in request for earned but unused vacation

Sunday School: 7/25 VBS starts, goes through 7/30.

Sunday School meeting after church on 8/1

New and Unfinished business was tabled until August’s meeting; there was no quorum so no formal
decisions could be made

Meeting adjourned at 8:31pm

*Nancy Azar from PNEC will not be back in office until Thursday 8/19. Andrew T will be calling her that
morning to discuss photo release/website information
