Analysis Paragraph – Process Work #7

This imagine portrays a young woman, posing on a couch. She seems to be laying

propped up against the arm of the couch, facing the artist of the portrait. She looks very relaxed

and serious. Her clothing suggests she is likely an empowered woman, possibly a feminist,

because she is wearing pants instead of a traditional dress or skirt. The way she holds her hands

makes her seem that she thinks highly of herself, almost stuck up. She is also wearing jewelry,

which may be a sign of wealth. Wealth is also suggested by the couch she is laying on and the

almost tropical-looking plant in the background.
