With great pleasure, I write this letter of recommendation for Ms. Stephanie Berry Branch. I’ve come to
know Ms. Branch in the capacity of volunteer intern at the Salvation Army Camden Kroc Center since
September 2018.

During this time, I have come to know Stephanie to be hardworking, creative and passionate. She has
been involved in several HR projects, including but not limited to our largest recruiting effort to hire 40
Red Bell Kettle Ringers and to assist in collecting up to date employee and emergency data. In addition,
Ms. Berry also worked with our Volunteers Manager to assist with various holiday programs.

I’ve been most impressed with Ms. Branch’s ability to manage her school work with her personal life and
this internship. She worked tirelessly at times coming in over the weekend to help us meet our deadlines.
