Description of Problem

The supply closet in the customer service department will not open. The door can only be
opened about two inches. Workers cannot find the source of what’s preventing the door
from opening. Supplies for the office are held inside of the closet and are needed to
complete day-to-day responsibilities.

Description of Completed Work Order and Material Used

Door was unable to be opened from outside of the closet. Technician was sent in adjoining
room to climb over and open from inside. Closet was extremely unorganized and had to be
reorganized to get the closet door open. Cause of problem was due to inorganization.
