Sung Min Han (2016) states that secondary institutions in Korea the number of loans received

directly correlates with the number of students who dropped out of school and those whose

grades were badly affected. This shows that because of the high prices of tuitions and fees

students who take out loans are more likely to have their grades suffer and drop out of college.

These statistics being in Korea shows that the tuition and fee are also high and problem that we

face in the United States are found globally.
