We here at Microsoft highly value your hard work here. However, due to your recent string of
days where you show up late, or not at all, we’re going to have to terminate our employment of
you.
1. You have been late to work 7 days out of the last 2 weeks.
2. You have been absent for 2 days in the last 2 weeks as well, without a callout.
Also, I’ve been told by your team leader that, while you’re here, you appear distracted, and the
team has to work harder to make up for this.
We appreciate the work you have done for this company, and as such, we will not bring the
negatives up if we are asked about you, by future employers. We here at Microsoft wish you
the best of luck moving forward.
