REFLECTION

While preparing our creativity project, the most effective thing for us was integrating and
thinking about our early knowledge on the topic personality theories. During this semester,
we took the course about it and based our creativity project on this line. We regarded our
expectancies about the next semester and tried to project our ideals and wishes into our
activities in creativity project. Taking a course like that would appreciate all of us. Using
technology also would make our job much easier than the current situation. In our current
program, personality theories and the cases are being discussed from only limited aspects of
the topics because of the limitations stems from time and academic personal. Using
technology can help us to improve this situation by creating opportunities for everyone to
investigate and comment about the topic.

We used FFOE Model on these steps:

1- Students come together as groups to create a script that describes a therapy session.
During this process, they have brainstorm about the possible situations or problems
that a therapist can face with. They list and make a summary of these problems. The
process they try to generate ideas about the problems and the answers, supports the
Fluency.
2- Then they create a genuine scenario from the phenomena they detected. Creating a
scenario supports the Originality.
3- While group members performing their scenario, instructor and the other students
are able to make comments on Padlet. Its openness to everyone’s participation and
comment supports the Flexibility.
4- At the end of the activity, students are expected to write reflections about their
experiences and feelings. Writing reflections supports the Elaboration.
