1.1 : COMMON NOUN


 Common Noun is refer to a person an animal, a place, a thing or a quality
 Examples : boy, deer, hospital, table, kindness

1.2 : PROPER NOUN


 Proper Noun refer to a specific person, place or thing. A proper noun begins with a
capital letter
 Examples : Hamzah, Kuala Lumpur, The New Straits Times

1.3 : ABSTRACT NOUN


 Abstract Noun refers to a situation, an idea, feeling or quality
 Examples : famine, grace, sadness, honesty

1.4 : CONCRETE NOUN


 Concrete Noun refer to somebody or something that can be seen, touched, tasted,
heard or smelt
 Desk, cloth, water, perfume

1.5 : COLLECTIVE NOUN


 Collective refers a collection of people, animals or things in general
 Example : a crew of sailors, a gaggle of geese, a fleet of sheep
