Under certain conditions the ARP-shuffle would introduce clicking/noises for the
shuffled notes.
If an All-Note-Off MIDI-message arrived directly before a Note-On, the ARP wouldn’t
start. Mainly Logic was affected.
Osc1-4 volume/panning modulations caused zipper-noise.

The stereo-enhancer in the 2nd FX-slot wasn’t displaying it’s parameters anymore.
Some presets from the hands-up bass expansion were distorted as a distortion-FX
was applied unintentionally under certain circumstances.

Fixes
EQ frequencies were scaled wrongly, so some presets will sound different now. The
way they sound now is the intended way. This bug was new since NEXUS 2.0.0.
Arp- and Trancegate-pattern editors had some precision issues, especially when the
length of the pattern was odd.
Arp-Mode ‘random’ was not playing the held keys randomly, but in order.
LFO-shape ‘chaos’ was not creating random values.
