MOTION TO RELEASE IMPOUNDED MOTORCYCLE

COMES NOW, the registered owner, Rogelio M. Fernandez, to this Honorable Office
respectfully states:

1. That the MOVANT is the registered owner of a Honda XR 150L motorcycle

without Sidecar under Cert. of Registration No. 264011554, which was
impounded by reason of its involvement in the above-entitled case for “
Violation of Sec.5 and 12, R.A No. 9165” filed against Melvin Fernandez y Naval.
Copies of the Certificate of Registration, Official Receipt No. 1046266502 and
pictures of the said motorcycle are hereto attached as Annex A, B, and C
respectively;

2. That the above- mentioned motorcycle was impounded at the PNP, Cauayan
City, Isabela;

3. That the case filed against the accused was already dismissed;

4. With this, the continuous impoundment of the above-described vehicle is no

longer necessary as the reason for which it was impounded no longer exists.

WHEREFORE PREMISES CONSIDERED it is most respectfully prayed that the motion

to release impounded motorcycle be granted.
Other relief is likewise prayed for.
