Abstract

This paper is to show the quality of electronics components shop, the purpose of this paper is to
identify the problem occur in the company, and the performance inspections of the business. This
paper shown the history of Circuit Rocks and Raontronic Electronic Center, inspections of the
process to assure that the products achieve the quality and reliability.

Objective:

To identify the problem occur in a company / business

To identify how the business starts and how they conquer conflicts in the business

To identify the quality of the product is good

Interview:

Us: hello po, goodmorning! Pwede po ba kayong mainterview tungkol sa business niyo or
background nito?

Them: Okay lang naman po. Basta wag niyo hirapan kasi baka hindi ko naman masagot kung
mahirap.

U: sige po . Una po sa lahat, ano po yung pangalan ng business niyo na to, kelan na established at
ano ano yung mga ginagawa nito?

T: isa kaming distributor ng mga hardware dito sa pilipinas ang sabi sakin nung mga kasamahan ko
nung nag tanong ako sa kanila kung matagal na ito, ang sabi nila sakin nung 2015 ito naipatayo maliit
lang muna ito. kung makikita mo hanggang ngyon wala siya gaanong kagamitan at maliit lang yung
lugar namin pero isa kami sa mga nag didistribute ng mga produkto na ginagamit sa electronics ,
automotive computer at marami pang iba. Kung susumahin hindi pa kami gaano matagal dito sa
business na ito pero tingin ko naman ay kumikita ito dahil dati ay iilan lang kaming nag tatrabaho dito
at nadadagdagan kami sa mga panahong nagdaan. Bali online seller po kami dito tas thesis maker
pati 3d printing.

U: kilala niyo po ba yung may ari nito?

T: oo. Sa pag kakaalala ko pangalan nya ay tonny quintos tapos meron siyang dalawa pang partner
dito pero nakalimutan ko na yung pangalan e.

U: okay lang po yun. Bali paano po kayo nag apply dito? May background po ba kayo tungkol sa mga
electronics?

T:ako nag apply ako dito kasi gusto ko madagdagan pa yung kaalaman ko tungkol sa electronics.
Nag eenjoy kasi ako mag kukutingting ng mga bagay bagay kaya ayan sayang naman ang kita kung
tatambay lang ako sa bahay diba? At least nagagawa ko yung mga bagay na gusto kong gawin.
Yung mga nag aapply dito marurunong din naman. Hindi basta basta nag hihire dito ng simpleng
tindera dapat may mga alam ka din sa mga electronics para kapag tinanong ka ng costumer alam mo
yung isasagot.

U: paano niyo po hinahandle yung mga gamit dito or paano niyo po inaayos yung mga stock niyo?

T:kami dito ang ginagawa namin may mga sari sariling box yung bawat components, tapos may mga
sticker siya na naka lagay para hindi nahihirapan na hanapin. Sa bawat box may mga naka sulat
kung anong components yung nakalagay dun sa box na yun mismo tapos nakalagay siya sa anti
static na lalagyan para hindi masisira yung components lalo na pag sensitive yung components.
Tapos yung mga gamit kasi namin dito ay galing ibang bansa kaya kailangan na naka bubble wraps
at anti static na lalagayan para hindi masisira yung mga components kasi pag nasira yung mga yon
ibabalik pa yung mga components edi kami yung malulugi kaya as much as possible hindi namin
hinahawakan basta basta yung mga components kasi diba may static tayo kaya baka masira pa
namin edi ibabawas pa samin yun or mapapagalitan pa kami pag nasira namin at basta basta
hinawakan yung mga gamit. Kaya kelangan lagi siyang maayos at organize. Tas pag dumadating din
yung shipment mabilis nakukuha kasi lagi namang may tao dito gawa ng residential naman to kaya
mamomonitor kagad namin pag may padating or inquiry yung mga customers ganon.
U: may vision mission po ba kayo dito? Kung meron po ano yun?

T: Siguro yung vision namin ay marecognize kami as successful distributor dito sa pilipinas. Tas yung
mission namin ay continuous na mag improve yung business at maprovide ng good service sa
costumers tapos ma mentain yung good relationship sa mga partners namin. Kasi yan yung mga
laging pinapa alala samin na galingan namin sa pag tatrabaho. Kumbaga don’t settle for the less pag
may maisip ka na idea a pwedeng makatulong sa company pwede naman I approach yung
supervisor kumbaga open for ideas to improve yung company para narin kasi kaming magkakapatid
o magkakapamilya dito e naienjoy namin yung trabaho namin para maging magandang performance
namin ganon.

Interview:

Us: goodafternoon po. Pwede po ba kayong mainterview tungkol sa business na to?

Them: Sige po. Pwede naman po

Us: Ano po yung pangalan ng company? Saan po nangaling yung pangalan ng business? Kelan po
nag simula ito?

T:yung pangalan nito Raontronic Electronic Center. Yung pangalan nito galling to sa lugar dito mismo
kasi diba nasa raon tayo mismo. Yun dun nakuha yon. Tapos syempre nagbebenta kami ng mga
electronics components nag aayos kami ng mga boards ganon kaya electronics center. Nagsimula to
nung 2007.

U: Matagal tagal na din po pala kayo dito. Bali ano ano po yung mga ginagawa niyo dito?

T: kami dito, nag rerepair kami dito tas nag bebenta din kami dito ng mga electronics components.

U: may vision at mission po ba kayo?

T: meron kami non. Kaso di naka paskil dito eh. Andito lang sa papel naming yung mission vision
namin. Eto oh.

U: kilala niyo po ba yung may ari nito?

T: oo si boss carlo catindoy

U: paano po ginagawa niyo pag may mga nag babalik ng mga binibili?

T: ang ginagawa namin pag samin talaga pinapalitan namin talaga kaso may span kumbaga dapat 1
week replacement lang pag mga malalaking components katulad ng mga speaker pag may sira yun
ibabalik samin checheck namin kung anong sira kasi meron naman kaming repair dito kaya matetest
namin kung may sira talaga o samin talaga nasira. Minsan kasi nag babalik sila ng sila naman yung
may kasalanan eh. Di na yun sakop ng warranty. Tapos tinetest narin namin bago namin ibenta
tinetesting naming mismo dito ayon.

U: paano po nag hihire ng empleyado dito?

T: yung mga technician dito marunong talaga. Pag may experience at nakitang marunong talaga
ayun pwede dito. Tapos kami yung mga nag bebenta pag magaling mag sales talk tapos tinuturuan
nalang kami ng mga components ng mga matatagal dito.

Summary

Circuit Rocks is a company that provide services like online seller, thesis maker and 3d printing. They
sell Arduino, raspberry pi etc. In the interview they said that the handing of the components has
storage and sealed with anti-static plastic and sorted according to types to avoid damages. The
workers in the place have background in electronics to easily answer the inquiry of the
customer.Raontronic Electronic Center is placed in Quiapo Raon, and founded in the year 2007. They
provide services like repair service and seller of electronics components. They test the components
before they sell it and the workers also have background in selling components and the technicians
know how to troubleshoot and repair.
