1. Armando has eaten ¾ of a concha. His friend Pa Chia wants to eat ½ of his remaining concha.
How much of the whole concha did Pa Chia eat? Show your reasoning on the concha given
below.

2. Kahlil drank ½ of Jacob’s bobba tea. Jacob drank 1/3 of his remaining bobba tea, how much of
the whole bobba tea did Jacob drink? Show your reasoning on the bobba tea given below.
3. Cristina ate 4/10 of her pho. She decided she would eat ¾ of her remaining Pho and take the
rest to go. How much Pho is she taking to go? Show your reasoning on the Pho given below.

4. Howard ½ of a candy bar and wanted to give his two friends ¼ of his remaining bar. How much
of the whole chocolate bar does Howard have after giving some to his friends? Show your
reasoning using the chocolate bar given below.

5. David ate 2/3 of the pizza. ¼ of his remaining pizza was given to his dog. How much pizza does
David have after having given some to his dog? Show your reasoning on the pizza below.
