To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Fred Trinh. I work as an Instructor at the University of Lethbridge teaching activity courses.
Brendan Kearl was my teaching assistant in my PHAC 3020A Movement Literacy: Upper Body Action class
for the fall semester. During our time together, Brendan displayed some great attributes that would
suggests he could be a greater coach, teacher and leader within any program.

Mr. Kearl demonstrated that he is an excellent skilled athlete. He was able teach any basic skills and tactics
with ease. Mr. Kear] was comfortable teaching and leading a large group of university students. He was able
to break down complicated skills into easy building blocks by using simple coaching points. Mr. Kearl was
very personable with his peers and was able to motivate them to learn new skills.

Mr. Kearl is a mature, thoughtful, and conscientious individual. I was fortunate to have him as a student
because He made my job easier by being available to demonstrate complex skills to the class. He would be
an asset to any program that involves children and requires strong leadership skills both in an individual
and team setting.

I am confident that Mr. Kearl will be a success wherever he may chose to go and in any endeavors. He has
always demonstrated that he is a willing and capable learner plus he is blessed with a great desire to
succeed.
