EDUCATION EMERGENCY ABOUT OF HIPERTENSI EMERGENCY

Emergency situations mean an emergency situation. Situations where people feel in


danger, in a state, threatened, urged, need help or are living and dead. In everyday life, there
are many emergencies such as emergency hypertension. Emergency hypertension is
characterized by very high blood pressure (severe hypertension). Usually systolic blood
pressure ≥ 180 mmhg and diastolic blood pressure ≥ 110 mmhg. This education aims to avoid
the complications that occur from hypertension itself. So in writing this essay will discuss
about the signs and clinical symptoms of hypertension.

Hypertension is one of the most deadly diseases in the world. A total of 1 billion
people in the world or 1 in 4 adults suffer from this disease. In fact, Hypertension can not
directly kill the sufferer, but hypertension leads to other diseases classified as heavy and
deadly and gives continuous symptoms for a target organ, such as a stroke for the brain,
coronary heart disease for the heart's blood vessels and for heart muscle. A person is said to
have hypertension when his blood pressure is high or exceeds the normal blood pressure
value of 140/80 mmhg. (public health journal UNNES, 2012).

Second, hypertensive disease is marked by headache (cepalgia), dizziness, migraine,


imsomnia, numbness, severe neck pain, nocturia, dizziness, tinnitus, epistaxis, fatigue,
nausea, vomiting and anxiety.

With the conclusion that hypertension can affect heart disease and others are
marked with headaches, dizziness and other symptoms described in the preceding paragraph.
