relates to the practical aspects of a
mukallaf in the area of business nad
financial dealings and derived from its
detailed evidence.
 Why we need to learn Fiqh Muamalat?
Features of Fiqh Muamalat:

 The primary rulings is permissible except

where the Shariah states prohibitions
 Fatwa is based on the most appropriate
opinion
 Legal rulings are heavily based on rational
reasoning
 Specific Quranic and Sunnah resources are
few and general in nature, hence rational
thinking can be applied extensively
