British Virgin Islands
Canada (if earlier education is taught in English)

Christmas Island
Cocos Islands
Cook Islands
Dominica
Eritrea (if earlier education is taught in English and is finalized with a BSc degree)
Ethiopia (if earlier education is taught in English and is finalized with a BSc degree)
