Following points are discussed.

1. Top cover will be fixed with ‘I’BOLT at motor & gearbox side and other half to cover
will be open type.
2. Material level Indicator will be provided at motor & gear box side.
3. Hot water level indicator on jacket will provided on left side of RBL.
4. Three Flanged Nozzles with matching flanges will be provided on back side of RBL.
A. Over flow nozzle - 2”
B. Feeding nozzle - 1”
C. Process nozzle - 2”
4 Safety valve & temperature indicator will be provided on hot water jacket.
5 Thermowell will be provided for product temperature.
6 The gap between ribbon blade vs chamber will be ± 4 mm.
7 Electric hot water generator will be provided on bottom structure of motor &
gearbox instead of directly provided heating element in hot water jacket of RBL.
8 Electric panel for hot water generator & piping with all kinds of fittings along with
hot water circulating pump will be in client scope.
9 Control panel for RBL will be provided with the following .
A. VFD
B. Starter
C. RYB Indicator
D. Forward & reverse manual switch.
E. Starter with on/off push button for 0.5 hp circulating pump.
10 Top flange & cover will be provided with U type male female sealing arrangement
11 2” insulation with aluminium cladding hot water jacket.
